Northampton, UK (18 August 2021) Cadman Capital Group, the independent private equity firm has announced the appointment of its first Chief Executive Officer as it continues to progress into the next phase of its growth strategy.
James Dinsdale, who has more than 15 years of executive-level management experience across multiple sectors and organisational sizes, joins the team following a successful year for the Group.
To date, James has held a number of senior positions at globally renowned businesses such as COO at PHS Group, the UK’s leading hygiene services provider, Commercial, Procurement & Supply Chain Director for a division of Travis Perkins, the UK’s largest builders’ merchants, as well as a number of roles for the world’s leading global, integrated security company, G4S including CEO for G4S Cash Solutions UK and Group Strategy & Development Director for a G4S Global Division. More recently, he has been operating as a consultant to the private equity space advising on M&A, due diligence and value creation.
James’ role at the Cadman Capital Group will centre around leading the next phase of the Group’s growth plans, which is focused on identifying and completing additional acquisitions in its core markets, as well as driving organic growth within its portfolio businesses. Bringing extensive business knowledge and expertise, the addition of James to the Group significantly strengthens its leadership team.
